We’ve seen Dr. O’Roark & Dr. Allie. The two doctors and the entire staff have been so amazing. The girls on staff are so good at educating patients, and letting the owner know what to expect during the next few visits (we have a new puppy who will have multiple visits in the next few months) and the info that we were given was to help us save money. I also appreciated seeing the staff interact with other customers, knowing them by name. I work in a private dental practice and I understand how our patients appreciate us remembering them and what they’ve shared with us. Thank you for caring
Everyone here is EXTREMELY kind! This is exactly the kind of vet office I was looking for and would highly recommend Elyria Animal Hospital to anyone looking. I got a same-day appointment for a concerning issue with my puppy, and the doctor patiently answered every question I had and reassured me to call back any time. The staff even gave my kids candy and made us all feel really welcome!
I have been so happy with the care my dog has received from Dr. Thompson. They are very fair cost-wise and they care so much. For a very long time, I had taken my dog somewhere else and his skin issues and repetitive infections were not getting better and I couldn’t keep spending hundreds every visit with no improvement. I brought my dog here and Dr. Thompson was thorough with his evaluation and talked to me for a while. He gave me many different options on what we could do for my dog and let me decide based on past experiences, they were very transparent about pricing as well. The route we took is working for my dog and he is finally doing better thanks to Dr. Thompson.
Our family absolutely loves Elyria Animal Hospital. Having two Labradors, we end up at the vet’s office pretty often. The staff is always so caring and takes amazing care of my boys. They always fit us in quickly for an emergency and are fast to diagnose and treat the problem. The prices are hard to beat & the hospitality is hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend!
I cannot rave enough about Elyria Animal Hospital! From my very first contact on the phone to our various appointments, every single interaction was amazing. Upbeat, friendly, professional. Each person was attentive to detail, prompt in responses and gentle care of my two Yorkies. We are a unique situation in that we are leaving the country but I’d be a lifetime client if we were staying in town. I only wish we had found them 8 years ago when we first got our dogs. Thank you for being the best vet clinic we’ve ever been to! Keep up the great work!
